Nuwave Oven Pro actually does exactly what the actual informercials tell you it does .

The 14-lb turkey (not stuffed) that I cook in the nuwave, it came out fantastic, ended up being nice juicy, and cleanup was much simpler than cooking the thing in your oven! And I'd lots of fat and juices at the bottom pan for my turkey gravy. Also, the skin was nicely crispy. We have another turkey that I will cook soon;this time around I am going to stuff it and find out how well that works.

It is very quite. If you stand closeyou would possibly hear a faint whisper of fan running.

I've cooked steaks and turkey in it. But -- the instructions say to turn them over halfway through cooking them. Easy with steaks, awkward with turkey (the first half you cook the turkey upside down). I don't know how that would affect a stuffed turkey, though. Also, my turkey didn't fit in completely flat, but that didn't seem to bother the final result.14 pds is the limit? I beleive

It works well with both thawed and frozen t-bone steaks. The meat is tasty and juicy despite the fact that a lot of fat drips off. I discovered that for medium doneness you should cook steak about one minute longer per side than their instructions suggest. However, due to the way this over cooks, your steaks won't have the crisp (burned) outside that grilling or broiling provides.
